Your path into self-employment as a Financial Advisor
Start your career as a trainee in financial consulting – with comprehensive onboarding that prepares you specifically for the qualification as a certified advisor (m/f/d) according to §34d GewO and supports you step by step on your path.
Your path is individual: become a partner and leader, specialize in a specific field, or further expand your expertise as a certified advisor. Experienced partners of Horbach Wirtschaftsberatung will support you in every phase of your development.
Important information about the position
This is not a traditional employment relationship.
You will start as a self-employed commercial agent (§ 84 German Commercial Code) in cooperation with Horbach Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH.
No fixed salary is paid. Compensation depends on your performance and commitment and will be explained transparently in a personal interview.
The training takes place as part of a structured trainee program with support from experienced mentors.
Until you obtain the required qualification (§ 34d GewO), your main focus will be on generating contacts and identifying interested clients. Advisory meetings are conducted by licensed advisors. Personal advice or brokerage activities will only take place after obtaining the required qualification and in cooperation with licensed advisors.
Optionally, you may complete an internship in advance to gain insight into the role.
